Hi Mark - Tried hard to think of some way you could improve your current service but alas there was none and so am delighted to resort to a congratulatory pat on the back to Bold Print and a "just keep doing what you do" message because I believe you are doing it well.

    * From a client / customer perspective I am impressed by:-
    * prompt response to enquiries at any stage during the process
    * practical advice on the job requested with regard to cost and presentation
    * sending proofs for editing without delay
    * honesty in estimated delivery time of orders
    * flexibility in negotiations and …. most importantly
    * the personal touch and friendly service.
    * Oops – forgot to mention – the finished product is never disappointing.
